🔶 La arepa dominó es un plato latinoamericano clásico hecho con pan de maíz a la parrilla o frito que se rellena con frijoles negros y queso blanco. El relleno es una combinación simple pero deliciosa de frijoles negros cocidos y queso suave y cremoso, que le da una textura que se derrite en la boca y un rico sabor. Los colores blanco y negro del relleno se asemejan a los puntos en un juego de dominó, de ahí el nombre de arepa "Dominó".
